The planned meeting with Dennis Allen from Raiders owner Mark Davis was pushed back another day, and then went into the evening as the owner, coach Allen and the Raiders coaching staff spent a full day of meetings at the Raiders facility. After rumors of Allen’s potential firing led up to the end of the regular season before the coach survived “Black Monday” there is still no official word on Allen’s status, other than that he is still the Raiders head coach.

From CSN Bay Area’s Scott Bair:

"Allen left the team facility just after 5 p.m. on Tuesday and would not comment on his future or whether he had met with owner Mark Davis. A formal meeting with Davis was scheduled for Tuesday.“I’ve got nothing for you right now,” Allen said from his car as he left Raiders headquarters. He didn’t stop more than a moment before driving away. When asked if he’d already met with Davis, Allen said: “I’m not going to say anything.”"

Bair reported that offensive and defensive coordinators Greg Olson and Jason Tarver also left without stopping to answer questions from the media members posted outside of the team facility. Beat writer Steve Corkan also reported that sources claimed that Mark Davis was not at the team facility when Allen left on Thursday.

Allen likely still remains safe as there have been zero reports on his status being changed from before the meeting or at the end of the season, but as everything surrounding the Raiders staff expect more developments to come out through the night and continuing throughout the week.
