#2 St Louis Rams: Sammy Watkins, WR Clem

Rory’s Take: The Rams need to add a first round wide receiver especially if they stick with Bradford at quarterback and this is the guy to add. Watkins has some excellent talent and would be a natural fit in Saint Louis with their balanced pass game.

Chase’s Take: The less and less GM’s love the quarterbacks in this year’s draft, the higher and higher we will see the stock of players like Clowney and Watkins rise. Watkins, who starred in the Tigers win against Ohio State in their BCS Bowl Game appearance this January is the best wideout in the draft and can do pretty much everything you would ask in a receiver. Clemson used Watkins as the focal point of their offense for large stretches and he shouldered the load and then some in a performance that really impressed me. I think he is worthy of the #2 pick should the Rams avoid picking a QB and stick with Sam Bradford.
