#7 Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Khalil Mack, OLB Buff
Rory’s Take: Mack can be a nice 43 defensive end if he adds some meat to him and continues to develop some moves. He bends the edge well and converts speed to power, but he needs to refine his game a little more. The Bucs need to assist McCoy with an outside pass rush especially with a primarily zone system coming in.
Chase’s Take: I like Mack as the second best pass rusher in this draft, he is not the complete product yet and that is true for most draft picks and especially ones who have played in smaller conferences. That does not mean Mack doesn’t already have the tools to be successful and in a couple of years under Lovie Smith he could be one of the best pass rushers in the game.
