#2 St Louis Rams: Jadeveon Clowney, DE S. Carolina
Rory’s Take: Rams may have cap issues re-signing Quinn which means taking Clowney and cutting Long makes sense. Most likely if Clowney is here this pick is traded.
Chase’s Take: Clowney is good, but I don’t think he fits the Rams unless they want to seriously load on pass rush like their NFC West rivals in the Seahawks. This is a pick that could be traded for even more draft picks for the Rams but players like Sammy Watkins, Greg Robinson and Jake Matthews all could be on the Rams board as non-QB’s they would take if no trade down was possible.
