Career Stats: 6381 yards, 41 TD’s, 23 INT’s, 61.9% completion (26 starts)

A good fit if…. You want a backup

Shaun Hill is the aging version of Matt Flynn and that is a slight compliment and a big knock. Hill is 34 and hasn’t started a game under center since 2010, something that should let you know what his potential is to come in as a veteran starting quarterback somewhere. Hill is actually one of the best backups in the league by all accounts, but he was backing up someone who is just too good and never lets Hill get any snaps. With just 16 passing attempts over three seasons and none in 2013 it is hard to see Hill being anything more than a backup, which is realistically the quality of everyone on this list save maybe for Vick and Freeman.
