#7. Tarvaris Jackson

2013 Stats: No starts

Career Stats: 1066 yards, 39 TD’s, 35 INT’s, 59.6% completion, 644 rushing yards, 6 rushing TD’s, 24 fumbles

A good fit if…. You need a backup

Tarvaris Jackson is now a career backup and likely should have been in the first place after failing to make the most of opportunities in both Minnesota and Seattle. If you need a backup he is a guy who can do that, but like we have said far too much while ranking these quarterbacks he is simply not a realistic option for a team who is looking for a guy who is actually going to play. I think he will be fine with having the title of “Former Super Bowl winner” anyday even if it was as a backup.

Rating: 3.5

Chances of landing in Oakland: 10%

#8. Kellen Clemens

Age: 30

2013 stats: 1673 yards, 8 TD’s, 7 INT’s, 58.7% completion (9 starts)

Career Stats: 3944yards, 15 TD’s, 20 INT’s, 54.5% completion (21 starts)

A good fit if…. You need a backup

Clemens got reps last year as the starting option of the Rams and was hit and miss on a team that was set up for Sam Bradford. He proved that he can be a backup who can come in and play if needed, but it is pretty clear that if he is your starting quarterback for a long stretch your season is probably not going to end as a winning one.

Rating: 3

Chances of landing in Oakland: 10%
