If the Raiders do end up letting Jared Veldheer move on, the best free agent on the market is Eugene Monroe. Monroe is a young talented tackle who has proven to be durable and ever improving. After splitting time with Jacksonville and Baltimore this season, he ended up ranking 12th on PFF official rankings. Being at the ripe age of 26, he will expect to cash in during free agency and will improve any offensive line he winds up on. Monroe is a solid, consistent, young tackle that the Raiders should target if Veldheer signs elsewhere.
