Let’s see…reasons to avoid Darren McFadden?
How about the entire 2013, 2012, and 2011 seasons….hell you can throw in the 2008 and 2009 seasons as well.
I hate to beat a “deadhorse”, but there is talk amongst Raider Nation that possibly re-signing Darren McFadden could be a good idea.
Why? I have no idea.
McFadden and the Raiders were a bad relationship that needs to end. Bringing McFadden back at any price would be the wrong move. Where does he fit in?
Taking away carries from Rashad Jennings (if resigned), Latavius Murray, Kory Sheets, and even Marcel Reece would be a big mistake.
McFadden has always lack vision, patience and strength running between tackles, not to mention his injury woes. I feel for the guy, he had his moments, but the McFadden Era is over Raider Nation.
Bottom Line….It is time to move on, 7 games, 3.3 ypc, 379 yards, and no TDs wont cut it. (time to replace those jerseys)
