#11 Tennessee Titans: Anthony Barr, OLB UCLA
Rory’s Take: The Titans are heading to a 34 defense and some of their players will be out of place. Adding Barr would create a nice duo with he and Wimbeley.
Chase’s Take: Barr is just a cut below Clowney/Mack on the outside pass rusher board, which is why he is the first taken after the two at the #11 spot. Tennessee could also be interested in Marqise Lee should they go for offense first.
