#26 Cleveland Browns: Derek Carr, QB Fresno
Rory’s Take: It is being rumored the Browns are enamored not with Manziel but with Carr and getting him late in the first is the place that makes the most sense. They can let him compete with Hoyer, but he would be the long term plan.
Chase’s Take: I can’t see the Raiders trading down to Baltimore’s spot and not taking Carr, but if Carr does fall to Cleveland’s second pick in the draft it will be a no brainer for the Browns should they pass on a quarterback with their first pick.
