4. Chris Smith ARK (Round 4)

This is a very solid 43 defensive end you have probably never heard of if you are a casual college football observer. At Arkansas he racked up 11.5 tackles for loss and 8.5 sacks. He may not be the most explosive rusher, but he is the sort of guy that can contribute early and develop. I envision his upside similar to Justin Tuck which is similar to Ealy, the difference is this player can be had three rounds later.
