#6 Cleveland Browns: Derek Carr, QB Fresno (Trade down with Atlanta)

Rory’s Take: After getting a third round pick, the Browns get the quarterback they have spent an immense amount of time with including two personal post pro day visits. The big arm will fit well in Cleveland and a decent offensive line could produce nice results.

Chase’s Take: Cleveland goes with a shocking move by taking Carr ahead of Teddy Bridgewater, who despite recent criticisms is considered by most to still be the top quarterback in the draft. Still Carr’s big arm might just be enough to convince the Browns, who have two picks in the first round, to take a major risk by going all-in on the Fresno State standout who has the potential to be the best quarterback in this draft class.
