Dec 31, 2013; Atlanta, GA, USA; Texas A&M Aggies wide receiver Mike Evans (13) catches a pass between Duke Blue Devils cornerback Ross Cockrell (6) and Kyler Brown (56) during the second quarter in the 2013 Chick-fil-a Bowl at the Georgia Dome. Mandatory Credit: John David Mercer-USA TODAY Sports

Fourth

Mike Evans (WR, TAMU) (5%, 80 votes)

Considered by many to be a player that the San Francisco 49ers may want to trade up to the Top 5 for (or at least according to Chris Mortensen) Evans thrived at Texas A&M as Johnny Manziel’s favorite target. You couldn’t blame Manziel for targeting Evans for so many of his completions and touchdown passes, Evans big frame and “jump up and get it” ability has scouts drooling leading into Thursday’s draft. If Watkins is off of the board the Raiders could select Evans if they are high on him enough and have a potential franchise wide receiver the team has been lacking.
