Raider fans weighed in over the past 48 hours and an overwhelming amount continue to dream of Clemson’s Sammy Watkins falling to number five on Thursday night in New York City to give the Raiders a player who potentially could fill the cleats no Oakland pass catcher has been able to fill since Tim Brown left as the face of the Silver and Black wide receiver corps. Watkins freefall down the draft to fall is unlikely, but if it happens it seems like a no brainer that Reggie McKenzie would stay at five and select one of the best prospects in the draft.
