5) Tony Sparano Takes Over as Head Coach

And on the other side of the spectrum….Dennis Allen could be shown the door by mid season, if the Raiders get off to a slow start.

The reality is for all the good Dennis Allen has done in Oakland, at the end of the day winning football games is what matters most.

Enter Tony Sparano, who figures to be the ideal candidate to fill in as interim Head Coach, should Allen be fired this season.

Sparano is an awesome OLine coach with head coaching experience, and arguably the top assistant on the coaching staff.

The Raiders are facing the toughest schedule in the league and I feel DA deserves a long leash. But if Mark Davis decides to pull the plug, Sparano figures to be next in line to lead the Silver and Black.
