Bottom Line

If you ask me, this is a Top-10 caliber front seven that can do some damage as they play together more and gel. All the sack numbers I predicted for each member of the front seven equals the total some of 60. But that is based on 2013 1st-round pick D.J. Hayden and Chimdi Checkwa, who’s looked like the Raiders best corner this preseason coming be back.

If the Raiders can get any kind of bump and run coverage out of their corners, they’re in business. The only thing I can see stopping this front seven from getting 60 sacks this year is the Raiders’ corners. Opposing quarterbacks get the ball out quickly as they have so far this preseason as Raiders corners are lined up 10 yards back.

But I hope and believe that the coaching staff has them playing to save things for the regular season. The Raiders have been as vanilla as that extract this preseason without much blitzing with so we’ll see. I have to say that I’m concerned about the secondary they can ruin their sack numbers but either way, the front seven is a team strength!

Just win baby!
