Exciting Raider Nation

Carr didn’t just wake Moore up, he woke up all of Raider Nation for the first time since the 8-8 years of 2010-11. They were one of the best offenses in the NFL as dynamic running back Darren McFadden was showing Raider Nation what he can do. Jason Campbell was even starting to look like legitimate quarterback as he threw deep to the Raiders’ track team of receivers.

That team and the fans were starting to believe and despite all the great offseason moves, that belief wasn’t in Raider Nation of late. But after the preseason finale, everyone on the team from rookies to veterans have that belief along with Raider Nation. The lineman blocked better, the receivers ran their routes harder and people in the stands were standing because they all knew there was a chance something big could happen.

Football players are taught to never take a play off because you don’t know when the big play is coming and the Raiders adhere to that with Carr in the game. The whole team knows now that even on a bad day, they have a punchers chance with Carr as the starter. I really don’t see how Allen can fix his mouth to say that Schaub is still the starter after what the team and the Nation has seen this preseason.
