The Oakland Raiders have traveled across the big pond to play a home game against the Miami Dolphins. When I first heard about it being a Raiders home game, I thought, “For all the times the Raiders have had to go to Miami in recent years, the Raiders finally get a home game against them and it has to be that far away from home.”

But I believe that’s okay now because Raider Nation is global and there will be plenty of Brits screaming for the Raiders. And judging how they played at home against the Texans, they might need to play all of their home games elsewhere. All jokes aside, I feel like it will be a good environment for the Raiders plus there’s nothing like a long trip to bond a team full of new faces.

That way, they are all on the same page to execute a game plan that will lead them to their first win in 2014. The Dolphins looked tailor-made for the Raiders in their Week 3 game against the Kansas City Chiefs with their weaknesses. So if they follow and execute this game plan or something close to it, success will come to them across the big pond.
