Palmer Will Give Us One

Since his days at USC, I’ve always been a fan of former Raiders and current Cardinals quarterback Carson Palmer. And now, I’m an even bigger fan of Palmer because I know he’s going to throw the Raiders at least one interception on Sunday. All the Raiders have to do is keep the game close like they did last week and that interception will be the difference.

I know you remember the 4th-quarter pick-6 he threw in 2012 against the Atlanta Falcons where the Raiders lost by three. Raiders fans didn’t get over that pick-6 easily because it cost the Raiders a win against a playoff team in their house. The man can spin it but in close games, especially when the opposing team puts pressure on him, he gives the ball up.

And the Raiders are playing against him at the perfect time because he hasn’t thrown an interception yet this year. Palmer is also playing at less than 100 percent as he struggled with accuracy, missing four open targets in a row last Sunday. But he bottom line here is Palmer is due to throw some interceptions after not throwing one so far this year as that’s what he does.
