 Bortles Eliminated

Bortles obviously isn’t under as good of circumstances as Bridgewater is as his team has yet to get in win column this year. In his four games as the starter, Bortles has done pretty well for himself considering the team that he ended up on. He has an awesome completion percentage of 67.8 but has four touchdowns to seven interceptions interceptions this season.

He’s also 0-4, his quarterback rating is 76.8 and his QBR is 48.6 as he has played against one Top-10 defense this year. Bortles has thrown four touchdowns to his seven interceptions and he has one 300-yard game to his credit so far. And like Bridgewater, Bortles has yet to face a defense that’s in the top 10 right now in this young season.

I have Bortles ahead of Bridgewater right now because he’s doing more with less as Jacksonville Jaguars fans have a good one. Jaworski has Bortles as the best quarterback of the Class of 2014 butI have to wonder if he believes that at this point. He’s very Ben Roethlisberger-like in is skill-set but just isn’t quite as polished at this point as Carr is.
