What’s Right

It looks like 6’4″, 340-pound dancing bear Donald Penn has regained his All-Pro form as a run and pass blocker so far. And if rookie left guard Gabe Jackson keeps playing the way he is, he will eventually have an All-Pro form to return to. Then of course, we have Raiders bloodline Stephen Wisniewski, who’s been solid at center all year for the Raiders.

There’s only been a couple of sacks that came from from that side to the middle and one of those was an undetected blitz. Those three have given McFadden the little room he’s had to run the ball with as he gets absolutely nothing to the right. Yes, the right side of the line is where the opponent’s sacks come from and where Raiders running backs get stopped in the backfield.
