Latavius Murray

Along with seeing if running back Darren McFadden’s new offseason program helps him last a full season, I want to see Latavius Murray. At the University of Central Florida, he looked like he would be a pretty good running back in the NFL. But McFadden has suddenly stayed healthy for the first time this late in the season and Maurice Jones-Drew takes the rest of the work.

McFadden is actually breaking tackles this season while showing he still has that burst so that’s why I want to see if he can stay healthy. Jones Drew looks like he probably needs to retire at this point so it’s time to get a look at Murray. They say the 6’2″ 225-pound Murray runs in the 4.3s but I don’t see that kind of burst out of him on the field so maybe he needs a chance to warm up.
