Mark Cannizzaro of the New York Post reported that New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan knew before this season that G.M. John Idzik plans to fire him at season’s end. So soon, he’ll be looking for a job while the Raiders need a head coach with a name, identity, ability to attract free agents and personality to change a loosing culture.

Now that I know that Ryan is going to be out of New York, I think he would be the perfect candidate to coach the Raiders. So good that owner Mark Davis and general manager Reggie McKenzie would probably agree on bringing him on board.  He has the experience of going to two AFC Championship games in his first two years and just wants to coach while others want control.

I could see Ryan  turning things around for the Raiders right away.
