Fire

Ryan is one of those firey coaches whose players play hard because he motivates them to play hard for him. The problem for his Jets this year is that Idzik stayed $20 million under the cap this year knowing he would fire Ryan. That was a tank job if I ever saw one as Ryan had the least talented roster then the NFL this year.

Yes, I’m saying that Ryan’s Jets, the same Jets that beat the Raiders opening week are less talented than the Raiders are. I bet anyone $10 to a glazed doughnut that if the coaches were switched, the Raiders would have ended up winning that game. Either way, the fire Ryan has is the kind of fire that changes cultures as Ryan talks smack about teams his division and expects the players to back it up.
