Bottom Line

The Raiders need some type of shot in the arm to get Raider Nation going from the fan base to the players. And his personality is nothing but a shot in the arm so the Raiders would definitely get going with Ryan at the helm. He would start by taking what the Raiders have already, add a few pieces then put a dominant defense on the field.

Saunders is one of the best offensive minds in the NFL so the offense would be just as greedy as the defense is stingy. Ryan getting fired by the Jets may be the best thing to happen to the Raiders in a long time if the management takes advantage. Ryan is a winner and from everything that I see, he fits the Raiders like a glove fits a hand.

Just win baby!
