Round 4: Justin Ellis
The 49ers were never able to quite take over the game by running the ball mainly because of nose tackle Justin Ellis. He is literally a big cog in the middle of the Raiders defense that always makes it difficult for opposing teams to run up the middle. Ellis is also a better pass rusher than you think too as with his surprising athleticism and strength, he collapses the pocket.
He only had three tackles himself and no sacks but the double-teams he draws allows others to make plays all over. The Raiders took Ellis in the fourth round of the 2014 NFL Draft and he has since emerged as a starter on the Raiders defense. And against the 49ers, he looked dominant and like he is there to stay for the Raiders for years to come.
