Oakland Raiders 2014 Draft Class Shines in Season Defining Win

Round 3: Gabe Jackson

Gabe Jackson is a 3rd-round pick that the Raiders are lucky to have as he has been great in the running and passing game. He came back from injury to help shut the 49ers vaunted front seven out, allowing now sacks and not much pressure. Running back Latavius Murray was able to run the clock out late in the game behind some great blocking from Jackson too.

Jackson has been solid all year long so this was just another good game for the rookie guard to show what a good pick he is. Whatever trouble the Raiders have had this year with their offensive line, Jackson has not bee a part of the problem. And on this day, there was no trouble and Jackson was a major part of there not being any trouble on the offensive line against the vaunted 49ers front seven.
