Round 1: Khalil Mack

Next to Carr, outside linebacker Khalil Mack is the crown jewel of the 2014 draft as he has played well all year long. He’s been pressuring but sacks have eluded Mack until lately and it definitely helped that Mack had a chance to play with a lead late in the game. But he started his day right away as Mack pressured 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick into throwing an interception on the first play of the game.

Mack would end up with two sacks on the day and they were on All-World left tackle Joe Staley of all people. He seem to take over the game like the dominant player he will become as he harassed Kaepernick into a quarterback rating of 54 on the day. Raiders fans should love the glimpse into the future that Mack gave us last Sunday against the 49ers because it looks like dominance.
