Tony Sparano/Raiders interim HC: Former Dolphins Head Coach

My biggest knock on Tony Sparano is he is an interim head coach. Interim head coaches hired to be full-time head coaches have rarely found a path to success. While Sparano may prove to be the best option in the end, I am not sure he is the long-term answer.

Sparano built a relationship with owner Mark Davis this season, which can work in his favor. In the end Tony is the safe pick, but may be a waste of time for a franchise that needs more than a well liked coach.
