Pep Hamilton- Colts OC: Former OC Stanford
What is known about Pep Hamilton is mostly tied to his success with Andrew Luck, both at Stanford and with the Colts. While nothing but good things can be said about the up and coming coach. An un-tested coach, with no head coaching experience and only one year removed from college seems to not fit the current model of Raiders coaching candidates.

I would love to see Pep without Luck before I would look his way. But if developing Derek Carr is a top priority, Hamilton is your man.
