Bottom Line
The Raiders have themselves something to build around in quarterback like Derek Carr, Khalil Mack, and other talented youngsters. But if McKenzie goes through with this building entirely through the draft, it’s going to take two more years. McKenzie won’t be with the Raiders long if the losing continues so it’s time to pull the guns out and pull the trigger with all that extra money.
The Raiders only need 4-5 players good veterans in free agency with a good draft class this year, the Raiders would actually compete. And you never know from there because the Denver Broncos are falling apart, leaving the AFC West because it’s wide open.
