Mack engages Rob Gronkowski, who is 6’6″ and 265 lbs., and throws him to the side, then makes the tackle on Stevan Ridley for the loss.

Moving on to the Cleveland Browns game, Mack sheds Jim Dray’s block attempt with ease, pushes Miles Austin to the side and makes a tackle for loss on Terrance West.

In Oakland’s first win of the season, 2013 #1 overall pick Eric Fisher was abused by Mack all game. In this first clip, Mack blows by Fisher on the inside and looks like a freight train coming at Alex Smith. Mack keeps his hands up to make Smith’s throw attempt more difficult, lays the hit and causes an incompletion.

In the Battle of the Bay game, Mack uses a stunt here with Justin Ellis, blows up the double team and nearly makes the play on Colin Kaepernick.

A play like this shows Mack’s tremendous strength, pushing each lineman out of his way with one arm.
