My projection is that the Raiders have 35 players that play 250 or more snaps in 2015. So the projections you just saw took the Raiders from nine percent to 25 percent good-to-elite players elite players for 2015. That’s a really big jump with no personnel moves, just young talent improving and injured players coming back.
