When most analysts talk about the positional needs of the Raiders, it is always Pass Rusher, and Wide Receiver. Those are obvious areas of improvements, however the Raiders have many needs of improvements at nearly every position group that need to be looked at this offseason.

That being said, I am going to break down every position group in this column, and possible upgrades that could be available for the Raiders to pick up.

Obviously, not every position group needs an upgrade, and others might not have a clear cut upgrade available. In my true fashion, I will be talking about players who could actually be signed by the Raiders, either through free agency, or the draft. So you won’t be seeing any talk of Dez Bryant, or Demaryius Thomas in this column.

Here are some realistic moves the Raiders could make this offseason to get better at every position group.
