Bottom Line

Yes, the Raiders have a ways to go with personnel but there’s more already here than many realize. The media constantly spoke of how bad the roster was but never said anything about the injuries the Raiders had in key positions. The Raiders didn’t help themselves by experimenting with players out of position either.

There were also some pretty talented players that didn’t get as opportunities as they should have. Del Rio is coming in new and doesn’t have any favorites so this is going to help the Silver and Black. And from there, with a strong free agency and draft to finish it off, you never know what can happen in 2015.
