Facilities

Ok, I’ll admit It….I’m reaching a bit with this one. O.Co colisiuem is arguably the worst stadium in the NFL, hell possibly the worst in all of sports.

But hey, you have heard the good news right? Were getting a steam room!!!!

One thing that new head coach Jack Del Rio demanded was an upgrade to team facilities. Brand new weight room, new practice fields, and of course that steam room. I’m not sure how much all this matters when the Raiders still play in that dump of a stadium. But I guess it doesn’t hurt.

Del Rio understands the tried and true method of swaying perspective buyers (Free Agents), that is you must have curb appeal. Upgrades to team facilities will help showcase the Raiders as a potential destination for perspective players. Players can get the tour and no longer feel so underwhelmed by the outdated facility.

Along with this comes a new vision for the strength and conditioning and nutrition programs for the Raiders. These programs will go hand in hand with the upgrades and at the very least will compete with some major universities (I doubt it, check this out).

Welcome to 2015 Oakland Raiders….The future is bright.
