Fan Base

Hey, I can not leave out the fan base. Raider Nation, the Black Hole, Silver and Black, the City of Oakland, and all the fans who support this team.

Does it impact a players decision on whether he signs with that team? Absolutely! How much or what percentage depends on the player.

In 2015 the Oakland Raiders have turned an ugly 3 into a strong 7. Are the Raiders the hottest team in the room? Hell no, but we will definitely get noticed in 2015. The Raiders don’t need every top free agent player, we need the right ones. This organization has made the right strides to at least improve its chances of landing some top talent in free agency. Last year GM Reggie McKenzie despite having boatloads of cash was still left scrapping the bottom of the barrel. This year with an improved coaching staff, bright young QB, and some upgraded facilities, McKenzie may have a lot more suitors willing to take some money off his hands.

This year will be different right? That is the hope, the fan base will definitely welcome any new Raiders who can help this team reach another Lombardi Trophy.
