The Culture Will Change.. but Not Through Raiders Free Agency

One day, the Raiders will be a team that keeps their free agents – even when other teams place price tags on their head during media speculation. Players will accept the amount of money they’re offered as they understand it’s not all about them. Team chemistry alongside individual character will be a major factor in turning this around. Let’s hope a majority of the free agents out there understand this as we need a lot of impact players.

If you want to try to tell me that this will never happen, then reference the title. Attempting to mirror a franchise such as the Packers, may not be such a bad idea. We aren’t going to always agree, but we can’t continue to stand divided. Our team’s vision lies in consistency and it’s been proven across the NFL. Just look at the teams that continue to let the talkers walk while their relevance isn’t an issue. They draft loyal players and don’t let free agency steer them away from the vision of the organization. To just win baby. Win a lot, and win consistently. We need true winners in 2015.

Let’s be optimistic, as we’ve continued to be, and digest the process as the foundation of the Raider’s dries. The players we bring in will want to be a Raider, and The Only Nation shouldn’t want anything less.
