Leading up to the 2015 NFL Draft, Just Blog Baby columnist Rory Anderson will be releasing his big board of prospects from 1-150. Grading ratings are on a 1-100 scale. For his Top 10 prospects click here

#11: Jameis Winston, QB, FSU: 92

Pros: Jameis has the size and athleticism that you look for in a quarterback. He can make every throw and is accustomed to working under center. Jameis has the tools to be a very good quarterback and based off of his time with Steve Marriucci during the combine, he is also a very quick learner.

Cons: The biggest issue is his decision making. His interception rate is high and after watching his interceptions it is tough to see whose fault they are, but regardless the decision making is a question. For a quarterback some think can be taken first overall, Winston’s high number of turnovers playing in a weaker ACC is a definite knock on Winston even if he led FSU to an undefeated regular season in spite of some shaky starts.
