#12: Marcus Mariota, QB, Oregon: 91

Pros: The tape for Mariota can be absolutely exceptional at times. His release is lightening fast and he has the arm to make all the throws. Moreover, his athleticism is off the charts. Led Oregon to a blowout over Florida State and Winston in the CFB Playoff Semifinal, even if wins are not considered a QB trait.

Cons: Other times his tape can be highly deceptive. He rarely goes through actual progressions and the offense he was in creates so many natural open receivers, that he rarely throws a contended pass. This is an issue with all spread quarterbacks.
