#14: Brandon Scherff, OT, Iowa: 91

Pros: Scherff is an outstanding zone blocking scheme (ZBS) lineman. He is a quality athlete with an aggressive punch and solid kick step. Overall he is a quality line prospect, although his tape is primarily based around the ZBS. His athleticism is off the charts, playing tennis as a youth before bulking up to play offensive line after becoming a football player.

Scherff was also a quarterback in high school, driving home just what kind of athlete a team would be getting in someone who can now lift 480 pounds who used to be a very versatile athlete at 290 pounds before his Iowa career.

Cons: At time he can get over his pads by being too aggressive with his punch. He is able to recover because he is a quality athlete. I also did not see a real mean streak in his tape, shocking despite his weight room warrior accolades. Was injured during the 2015 Combine, but will be a lock to be taken in the first round.
