2. Rams Love a Top Wide Receiver 

The Rams have been an interesting team this offseason. They finally gave up on Sam Bradford and somehow traded that absurd contract to the Eagles for Nick Foles and picks including a second rounder this season.

As per the recent drafts, the Rams have a gluttony of draft picks and are in a great spot to jump up and grab a top wide receiver if they fall in love with either Cooper or White. Moving up to the fourth pick could garner the Raiders both of the Rams second round picks which again puts them in a very nice place in terms of depth.
