Edwards was a safe, smart pick — something Raider Nation should slowly start becoming more accustomed to with Reggie McKenzie calling the shots. He’s a big, physical end with a quick burst off the line that will help him disrupt the pocket.

He’s also big enough to slide inside and be effective against the run. He reminds me a little of a young Richard Seymour. I also like that he’s from Florida State, as Seminole players have been transitioning to the next level with ease over the past few years.
