Gruden told Raiders.com of the close to his season, “If you look at the last three or four games, they speak for themselves, against a very good Kansas City Chief team, against an outstanding 49er defense, even though they were shorthanded at some positions,” Gruden explained. “I like the way he finished. I like the way he competes, from the start to the end of every game. He’s much more athletic than people realize. And he has a cannon.”
Yes he did come back around after a nice beginning and not-so-nice middle of the season. That showed me more than anything that Carr is a fighter and that’s the main thing a quarterback needs. So the Raiders have their man and this offseason, the Raiders did a nice job building around him.
It looks like 2015 is the time to show off their Carr!
