Another undrafted free agent to make this list is former Hillsdale College receiver Andre Holmes, although Holmes has some NFL experience and has even shown signs that he can develop into a premier starter in Oakland.

In 2014 Andre Holmes led the Oakland Raiders in receiving yards with 693 on 47 receptions. Holmes also managed to get into the end zone four times on the season, two of which coming against Oakland’s Week 6 matchup against San Diego at O.co Coliseum.

Holmes initially emerged as a potentially lethal receiving threat against the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day in 2013. Holmes brought in seven receptions for 136 yards, both being career highs.

At 6’4”, 223 pounds Holmes is the tallest wide receiver on the Oakland Raiders’ depth chart. His overall size and length is a significant contributing factor to his ranking on this list, for Oakland has yet to find a big, reliable target that can bully smaller defensive backs in the red zone.

Despite Holmes not being the fastest receiver on the team, he still managed to have the highest yards per catch average on the team with 14.7.

Although Holmes has fallen down the depth chart due to the recent moves the team has made this offseason and certain receivers coming back from injury, he still has a lot of potential at age 27 and can still turn out to be a solid No. 4 option for the Raiders in 2015.
