This is usually the part of the column where I would briefly recap the previous game – talk about a few things the team did well, some areas that need to be improved, etc. – but who wants to go through that again?
We’re on to Baltimore.
Kind of. More like, the Ravens are on to Oakland since it’s a home game.
In all seriousness though, this week’s matchup is going to be one of the two toughest games on the schedule (Green Bay being the other), so Jack Del Rio & co. need to figure something out, and figure it out fast.
The Ravens boast a talented roster and have one of the best coaching staffs in the league. They’re a popular pick to reach (and for some, win) the Super Bowl this year.
For Baltimore, superstar linebacker Terrell Suggs is out for the year due to an Achilles injury, which is a huge loss. Even without Suggs, the Ravens are a dangerous team, and they have several players the Raiders need to keep a close eye on.
For Oakland, every player on the roster needs to improve based on last week’s performance, but there are a few players who will be key in this upcoming game.
Here are five players to watch on Sunday.
