When the Oakland Raiders were beaten 33-13 by the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 1, they were left for dead. After so many in the media had given the Raiders props for their offseason, the first game of the season turned them back. It went from, “The Raiders just might do something this year” to “What did you expect, it’s the Raiders.”

After two straight wins including their first road win since 2012, many are wondering what to make of them. But they shouldn’t have focused on the last 12 years and known this team was better than that. The Raiders are a team on the rise and along with head coach Jack Del Rio, they’ve fixed a few things that were wrong in that game.

Turn the page to see how Del Rio and his staff are fixing the Raiders by making adjustments that have this team on the rise early in the 2015 season.
