PFF Stats Breakdown (Offense)

Honorable Mentions in Bold

  • Rodney Hudson: +6.5
  • Amari Cooper: +3.5
  • Derek Carr: +3.2
  • Lee Smith: +1.7
  • Taiwan Jones: +1.4
  • Clive Walford: +1.4 – Clive has been getting more and more snaps every week, and it’s paying off.  he had two big catches against San Diego; one being his first NFL touchdown.
  • Gabe Jackson: +1.1
  • Marcel Reese: +.5
  • Michael Crabtree: +.5 – I want to make sure Crab gets some recognition here. He is the only receiver on the team who consistently gets a positive grade for run blocking, and despite the uncharacteristic drop early in the game, he had a great game against the Chargers. His TD reception off the screen was every bit as beautiful as Coopers.
  • Austin Howard: 0.0 – Scored great in pass protection, but his grade was offset by penalties
  • Jamize Olawale: 0.0
  • Andre Holmes: -.1
  • Donald Penn: -.1 – Stupid, stupid, stupid penalties lowered his grade, and in a tighter game would have lost this game for the Raiders.  Donald Penn should be flat out ashamed of himself, a 10-year veteran playing like a no good thug. He’s supposed to be a leader of this team. I hope this type of play doesn’t continue from him.
  • Roy Helu: -.3
  • Kalif Barnes: -.5
  • Mychal Rivera: -.9
  • J.Marcus Webb: -1.4
  • Seth Roberts: -1.7
  • Latavious Murray: -1.8 – This one I don’t understand, Murray wasn’t used a lot during this game, but he was incredibly productive with the ball and until the 4th quarter was averaging over 7 yards per carry. Aside from a missed block in pass protection I thought he played an outstanding game.
