Tight Ends

Tyler Eifert ($5,300) @ Pittsburgh Steelers:

If you are going to be running with Andy Dalton, be sure to pair him with either AJ Green or Tyler Eifert. Because TE is a much weaker position, I’ll be going with Eifert more often than Green when stacking.

The Steelers give up the 4th most points to opposing TE’s and Eifert is the 3rd highest scoring fantasy tight end so far this season. That’s a recipe for a must start.

Gary Barnidge ($4,700) vs. Arizona Cardinals:

Gary Gronkridge, as some have started calling him, has been on absolute tear this season. It seemed fluke-ish at first, but he’s now posted five straight weeks with a minimum fantasy output of 18.9 points. That’s quite impressive.

Barnidge also posted a 30.9 point game during that stretch, so there’s plenty of upside here as well.

The Cardinals are a tough matchup so that’s a bit worrisome, but the Browns will be down and throwing often, so the targets should be there for Barnidge once again.

Ladarius Green ($3,000) @ Baltimore Ravens:

Antonio Gates is expected to miss this week as well, so Green becomes as a very strong start at $3,000.

As mentioned in Rivers’ description, the Ravens can’t defend the pass to save their life.

Ladarius’ low fantasy output is 9.7 and his high on the year is 18.5. He also has 4 TD’s in six games, so it’s clear he’s a big redzone target.

Vegas has this game with a high over/under of 50 total points and is expected to be one of the highest scoring games of the week.

Green is going to be a cornerstone in my lineups.
