The Oakland Raiders face arguably their toughest challenge of the season on Sunday with the Minnesota Vikings coming to town.
Minnesota holds a 6-2 record, tied for 1st in the NFC North and 2nd overall in the NFC. Oakland sits at 4-4, just outside of the Wild Card picture.
The Vikings ranks 6th in total defense and 2nd in points per game allowed. With Oakland’s offense ranking 8th in yards per game and 7th in points per game, that’s definitely going to be the two sides of the football to focus on.
Several individual players on each side of the football have difficult matchups, and those battles certainly could dictate the outcome of the game.
Let’s take a closer look at three of those individual matchups.
